Description:

Tirumala Temple - dedicated to Lord Vishnu, Balaji, Venkateswara, Govinda, Srinivasa is believed to have appeared here to save mankind from trials and troubles of Kali Yuga. Hence, the place has got the name Kaliyuga Vaikuntham and Lord is referred as Kaliyuga Prathyaksha Daivam. The Tirumala Hills comprise of 7 peaks, representing the 7 heads of Adisesha called Seshadri, Neeladri, Garudadri, Anjanadri, Vrushabhadri, Narayanadri and Venkatadri. The temple lies on the 7th peak - Venkatadri, on the southern banks of Sri Swami Pushkarini - a holy water tank. Therefore, the temple is called "Temple of Seven Hills". 
Tiruchanur - Padmavathi Temple is the temple dedicated to Goddess Padmavathi or Alamelumanga, the consort of Lord Venkateswara. It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi was born as Alamelu to Akasha Raja, the ruler of this region, and wed Venkateswara of Tirupati. Goddess Lakshmi gave Darshan to Lord Venkateswara on a Red Lotus Flower (Padma in Sanskrit) at Alamelu Mangapuram after his deep penance for 12 years. 

Important Note:
*All Pilgrims/Tourists should carry/produce their personal ID cards (in original) with them prior to Darshan at Tirumala, if they fail to produce, TTD Administration will not permit for Darshan and IRCTC is not responsible for the same.

 It is suggested to the passenger to take at least one dose of vaccination before the journey date.

Mandatory Dress Code for Pilgrims:
Gents: Dhoti (White) & Shirt or Kurta & Pyajama.
Ladies: Saree or Salwar Kameez (With Pallu Compulsory).
All pilgrims are requested not to wear clothes such as T-shirt, Jeans etc as the same are strictly prohibited irrespective of any age group.

Important Note:

1. The packages are designed for those passengers who book their train/bus/flight tickets and reach Tirupati railway station on or before 07:00 hrs.
   The Land Tour Packages will commence and terminate at Tirupati Railway Station.
   3. The package originates from Tirupati Railway Station on or before 07:00 hrs
   4. In case of difficulty while booking online contact IRCTC Executive/TIFC.
   5. The package tariff is fixed, however is subject to change as per IRCTC/Government policy. In case of any increase in    tariff, guests shall be required to pay the difference in amount before the commencement of tour, duly obtaining a receipt.
   6. Customization of the tour package is permissible, on direct payment basis, subject to approval of IRCTC. 
   7. Child less than 5 years is complimentary, child should carry ID card (in original).

Note:- 

• All pilgrims visiting Tirumala from 1st Oct '2021 onwards need to produce two doses vaccination certificate or RT-PCR negative certificate obtained within 72 Hrs prior to the date of darshan. 
• Pilgrims between 12-18 years should produce RT-PCR negative certificate obtained within 72 Hrs prior to the date of darshan.

Tour Itinerary (Only Morning Arrival Trains Between 06:30 - 08:00 hrs): Tirumala - Tiruchanur

Pick up from Tirupati Railway Station in the morning by 08:00 hrs and transfer to hills. Special Entry Darshnam of Lord Venkateswara will be done by 13:00 hrs (Also depends upon the rush on that particular day). After lunch at own cost; visit of Tiruchanuru for darshan of Sree Padmavathi Ammavaru (if time permits). Drop at Tirupati Railway station in the evening.

Note:-
1. The packages are designed for those passengers who book their train tickets and reach Tirupati railway station before 07:00 hrs.
2. The Land Tour Packages will commence and terminate at Tirupati Railway Station.
3. The trains arriving by 07:00 hrs are suitable for this package. 
4. In case of difficulty while booking online contact IRCTC Executive/TIFC.
5. Tourists are requested use a uniform ID proof while booking the train ticket & tour package.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy: For cancellation of your ticket, please log in to your account, select the Tour Confirmation Number of the ticket you wish to cancel and cancel your ticket from your booked history on line. Cancellation of your Ticket is possible only on the website www.irctctourism.com. If the user wishes to cancel his ticket, cancellation rules for Land (Holiday) Tour Packages as under:

Terms and Conditions:

Tourists should strictly adhere to the timings failing which IRCTC will not be liable for missing of any service including Darshan. If the tourists miss the transportation arranged by IRCTC at any place, they should reach the next place of the itinerary on their own.
Tourists should take care of their personal belongings and luggage. IRCTC is not liable for losses or thefts. 
In case of cancellation of Darshan in situations beyond the control of IRCTC including peak rush during festivals refund will be made only for the services missed. No refund will be made in case of skipping of any service including darshan voluntarily by the tourist. No refund will be made in case of missing of any service including Darshan due to the negligence of tourists.
